To script, or not to script.
I’ve recently learned a Help Desk Technician’s enemy is doing repetitive tasks. It’s a slow and silent killer that pushes the technician to exhaustion and eventually dislike for their job. Seems bad, seems hopeless, just an endless loop and no advancement.
But wait! There is hope! Continuous learning and growing! I welcome you to the world of PowerShell scripting!
I would avoid it like the plague, because it looks complicated. But now through the power of A.I., it doesn’t have to be daunting. Just one step at a time and what you don’t understand, just ask. So the answer, TO SCRIPT. Ask, and it shall be given.
