Ticket: Laptop is not listening when I try to record in an app.

  • physical obstruction of mic

Time to start testing. But WAIT! Start with the simple fix. In my experience, 85% of the time it’s a computer that has just been on too long and needs to install those auto-downloaded updates. So try a restart first.
